Developing Your Custom Business Strategy

Have you been searching for the answer to the strategy that makes a business soar into profitability?

I hope that I’m not crushing any bubbles with what I am about to say here...I hope that these words empower you and give you freedom (because you have the power to choose how this all shakes out).

There are many ways to run a business.
There is no one size fits all approach.
There is no perfect formula to $10k.
There is no foolproof way to have freedom in your life.
There is no magic recipe to happiness.

I wrote a post in the Shine Your Truth Community about ‘What Breaks My Heart About Coaching’. I focused on the many different types of coaches, how they can learn their skills and knowledge, how their past experiences can shape the way that they coach and how certain marketing can lead people to believe that there’s a magic or perfect answer to all of their problems waiting on the other side.

In reality we are multi layered humans. We have unique gifts, strengths, struggles and a historical past that shapes who we are, how we act, how we respond, how we connect, and how we show up in the world.

In my work as a Business Coach + Mentor I have worked with many individuals with varying types of businesses, with different definitions of success, with kids, without kids, married and unmarried - every single person was different - their situation, circumstances, ideas about what a meaningful life means to them, financial goals, dreams, plans, life.

And this can change and shift over time. Just as your life shifts, you want your business to be able to shift - after all - we want a business that allows us freedom and flexibility.

It’s easy to get stuck in the trap of perfection and want a one and done type of plan. We think ‘if I can just get this perfect - then I will never have to do it again’, but in reality clarity comes in the action. Developing something that is ‘good enough’ and getting to work using it will give you the clarity to know if any adjustments need to be made.

You don’t want to spend hours upon hours upon hours working on something only to find out that you’ve taken a wrong turn.

Developing your business strategy requires you to tune into what it is that you want your business to do, who you serve, what results those that you work with can get through working with you, what time are you willing to devote to growing + nourishing your business and the style in which you want to do it.

You don't have to choose between fueling your passion, living your purpose and creating massive profit. You can have it all.

If you are looking for a customized approach to your business, and you don’t know where to start, I would love to support you through a Business Breakthrough Intensive where we work together to create systems and processes in your business so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you.
